A Quick TV Guide to Quarantine

So, we’re all stuck at home with a lot of time on our hands. I wanted to make a handy little guide to some of the shows I think this is the perfect time to watch. Below is a list of shows that I’ve already reviewed you won’t be able to watch in one sitting (probably). They are in order from longest to shortest. I’ll be adding to this list as I review more shows. I hope this is helpful!

My Top Quarantine Recs

Jane the Virgin—Netflix, 100 episodes, this show was my first rec for a reason. It’s so fun and crazy and will keep you entertained for a while!

Poldark—Amazon Prime, 43 episodes, Cornwall, England, extremely handsome people, the politics of copper mining. I love this show.

Outlander—Netflix, 42 episodes on Netflix (Seasons 4&5 available on Starz), this show feels like an epic and will transport you to to 1780s Scotland. A perfect escape.

Money Heist—Netflix, 30 episodes, this show is so entertaining. You will be hooked!! Bonus, season 4 comes out April 3rd!

GLOW—Netflix, 30 episodes, this show is truly brilliant writing. If you haven’t checked it out yet, please take advantage of quarantine to do so!!

Sex Education—Netflix, 16 episodes, hilarious show about teenagers and sex. Colorful characters, awesome friendships. I love this show.

More Options!

Insecure—HBO, 24 episodes, a comedy series that follows the lives of two 20-something black women living in LA, the only show on this site w/ a female DP

Lovesick—Netflix, 22 episodes, this is pure British romantic comedy in TV show form, and I love it.

I’m Sorry—Netflix, 20 episodes, a funny, light sitcom about raising a child when you’re an immature comedian.

Stay healthy and stay home! And if you’re looking for more recs or simply want to talk TV, shoot me a note!
